Can you generate enough electricity on the farm not to have to pay any electricity bills ever again? Or even get paid something back? How is that done? What are the costs? Discuss here

farm wind turbine calculations
Hi. Just looking for confirmation that my calculations are correct.
5KW x 24 hrs x 365 days = 43800KW per year. At 27% load factor this equates to
11826Kw i.e. 11.8 MW. This is obviously more than enough for normal house power consumption, but can you run a farm at that level?
