Website stats

TransitionNC web site statistics since the start of the year now stand at:

212,030 hits from
14,632 visits by
6,849 visitors

The number of articles has grown to over 800.

It is great to see how interest in the website is expanding. Hopefully it signifies its usefulness to all you 'transitioners'. Keep up the good work.

As part of my duties as the webmaster I collect Transition related stories from the media and other sources, and publish them here for the benefit of our visitors and users.

At the same time the website is accumulating quite an impressive collection of Resources for use within Transition groups and elsewhere, information on various Transition Solutions as applied by individual groups here or elsewhere and some other collections of information hopefully useful to both groups and individuals.

Lets have more of the same. Adding informative stories, articles and events is much more useful then yet more petty criticism from one or two of our members. Of course, those people who do not find this website of interest, need not visit it, do they?

Currently we are developing a directory of local food and renewable energy suppliers. It would be great if you know of good local companies, either add them in yourself or email me their details.

Cheers
Paul
