Support needed for proposed wind farm by Good Energy

Good Energy prospective wind farm near us, Jacobstow/ Week St Mary, needs as much support as possible. The planning portal shows 461 comments so far, probably about half for and half against. There is a real danger that this excellent proposal may be lost.

The proposal is for 11x 3MW turbines and includes
- good level of financial support for local activities & communities
- 20% reduction in electricity prices
- wild life centre and various environmental projects on the site
- community ownership of one of the turbines

I am asking everyone to
-submit a comment to the Council,
-pass this message as widely as possible to fellow supporters,
-use social media or other means to publicize the urgent need for additional support.

Please help. We all know we need this type of development and here is a chance to really make an impact.

Thanks
Paul
